Can we all stop pretending like doctors are actually useful and not completely replaceable by ai?

It’s like everyone keeps insisting…

“nooo doctors are so important” and “we couldn’t do anything without them”

So you go to get a check up.

(Which you don’t even want to do)

And you end up waiting 40 minutes waiting for some guy who spent a longer time in college than you…

Just to get a 50% chance he’s right?

Let me put it clearly:

You’re paying $400 so this guy with a certificate can give you worse predictions than ai.

And I’m not making this up either.

A recent study was done and doctors got it right 51% of the time… ai got 67%

Remind me again why anyone uses a doctor?

anyway here's everything else that happened in AI this week while you were sitting in a waiting room.

mistral dropped a new model and scammed everyone

Everyone was excited about this big new model that was surprisingly good…

But nobody read the footnotes where they switched from a fully open license to one that restricts commercial use if you're making real money.

called it open source in the headline. locked the door in paragraph nine.

People were NOT happy about that one.

an AI deleted an entire company's database 💀

Literally eveything…

and everyone's blaming AI like it's not the fault of whoever gave it admin access to everything with zero guardrails.

we don't let the new intern delete the files on day one.

why are we doing it with AI?

meta made billions and wall street cried anyway

Meta somehow beat every number that mattered.

And the stock dropped 8% anyway

why?

because they said they're spending $145 billion on AI this year.

unpopular opinion: they're right and wall street is completely out of line

companies not spending this money right now are gonna get destroyed by the ones that are.

zuckerberg stays winning even when everyone thinks he's losing.

china said you can't fire people just to replace them with AI

a chinese court ruled this week that companies can't terminate staff specifically to replace them with AI.

meanwhile in america meta fired 8,000 people and their stock went UP.

just gonna leave that there.

also real quick before you go.

if you’re looking by at all the new ai models and tools that come out every week and actually want to try them…

But you can’t really afford everything (like two $400/mo ai subs) then I’ve got a way you can get around that.

Literally all you’ve got to do is spend 5 minutes of work writing and you’ll be making $4k/mo

It’s called beehiiv and it lets you start your own newsletter for completely free and beehiiv will pay you to run it.

Sounds too good to be true?

Have a look for yourself:

Nobody's asking why Arnold Schwarzenegger has a newsletter.

They're too busy reading it.

Arnold Schwarzenegger. Codie Sanchez. Scott Galloway. Colin & Samir. Shaan Puri. Jay Shetty. They all figured out the same thing: owned audiences compound, rented ones disappear. beehiiv is where they built theirs.
